Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assures all tasks are aligned with company IT standard guidelines
  • Make sure all requests are logged to the ticketing system
  • Propose and assist with solutions which further reduce the percentage of time spent on reactive and repetitive tasks.
  • Liaising and troubleshooting issues with senior members of the IT department
  • Assists IT Team on solutions management.
  • Provide first-line support to all users across a wide range of applications, systems,  infrastructure and locations.
  • Effective and timely communication with all involved parties
  • Hardware & software upgrades and troubleshooting.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation
  • iPad management for the Airside+ platform using MobileIron MDM
  • Other duties as assigned by IT Management
Qualifications / Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Product suite
    • AoVPN / InTune / MFA / Defender
    • Exchange Online
    • Azure AD
    • Office Suite
    • Windows 10
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under indirect supervision
  • Broad understanding of information technology topics
  • Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • PowerShell scripting, desirable but not essential.
  • Mobileiron MDM experience desirable but not essential
  • Technically creative and open-minded


This Role reports to the Head of IT and is located in our Dublin HQ with occasional travel to our European bases.
