Aircraft Delivery Specialist
Location: Dublin / Luton / Copenhagen
The Role

Within the dynamic engineering department, the successful candidate will be responsible for the review and acceptance of aircraft delivery data for additional aircraft to the CityJet fleet. The successful candidate shall also be responsible for the review and preparation of aircraft redelivery data for aircraft leaving the CityJet fleet. Data to be reviewed/prepared includes but not limited to the following:

  • Airworthiness Directive Status
  • Modification Status
  • Hard Time Status
  • Life Limited Part Status

The successful candidate will be joining CityJet at an extremely exciting time as we look to develop and grow our fleet to ensure that we provide the best service to our customers. Reporting to the Aircraft Deliveries Manager the successful candidate will:

Duties and responsibilities
  • Responsibility for review and acceptance/preparation of Hard Time Statuses for aircraft deliveries/redeliveries for the Cityjet Fleet.
  • Responsibility for review and acceptance/preparation of Life Limited Part Statuses for aircraft deliveries/redeliveries for the Cityjet Fleet.
  • Responsibility for review and acceptance/preparation of Modification Statuses for aircraft deliveries/redeliveries for the Cityjet Fleet.
  • Responsibility for review and acceptance/preparation of Service Bulletin Statuses for aircraft deliveries/redeliveries for the Cityjet Fleet.
  • Responsibility for review and acceptance/preparation of Airworthiness Directive Statuses for aircraft deliveries/redeliveries for the Cityjet Fleet.
  • Review and acceptance of aircraft weighing records for aircraft deliveries to the Cityjet fleet.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate compliance with delivery/redelivery conditions for aircraft to/from the Cityjet fleet.
  • Creation and continual management of processes for the delivery and hand back of Aircraft.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Aircraft Deliveries Manager.
Qualification/Skills/Competencies
  • Degree in Engineering / Aviation or Air Transport Management, or hold an EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers Licence beneficial.
  • Have practical or academic background in business techniques.
  • Have strong computer skills in particular Microsoft Excel, Excel macros an advantage.¬†
  • Be fluent in written and oral English.
  • Have excellent communication skills , both verbal and written.
  • Be comfortable with working as part of a team as well as working under own supervision
  • Be familiar with Aviation and Aviation Technical terminology.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Have previous experience in a continuing airworthiness or aircraft maintenance environment.
  • Previous Experience of AMOS Aircraft Management Software beneficial.
  • Previous experience of Records Review for Hard Time and Life Limited Parts.
  • Previous experience of Airworthiness Directive review and control.
